The Sexual Harassment Safety Training Pack includes:

	The Safety Meeting Outline A script, providing guidelines for the Supervisor. It suggests what the Supervisor can say to motivate employees. This is a turnkey approach making it easy and efficient for the Supervisor to run the meeting. There is added room throughout the outline for the Supervisor to make notes, as well as an area at the back to document the date of the meeting, and all employees who were present. 	Scratch Off Quiz Cards At the end of the meeting the Safety Meeting Supervisor hands out the Scratch Cards. These Scratch Cards are the cornerstone of the program. Like a lottery ticket, they create excitement among the employees. They promote safety discussions as employees read and choose which are the correct answers. There is an area at the bottom for the employee’s name, department and the date to document the employees attendance for OH&S requirements. Size: 3.5” x 5” flat
	Employee Safety Cards During the safety meeting, supervisors can distribute Back Protection Safety Cards that reinforce the meeting content. These neat pocket size Employee Cards reinforce the topic of your safety meeting and can be accompanied by the Scratch Off Quiz Card. Size: Folds to 13cm X 9 cm
	Table Tents Designed to reinforce the safety message in an entertaining way, and employees will often spend time reading the messages or examining the pictures while relaxing during breaks. It's a way to reinforce the safety message during times that employees are not directly engaged in work! Size: 8” tall folded to stand on a table.
	Back Protection Wall Posters Graphics are consistent to reinforce the safety theme to all employees. Large posters are for use in larger areas such as warehouse and production area walls. Small posters are for use on high traffic areas, such as hallways, bulletin boards and washrooms. Sizes: large poster 15” x 20” and 17” x 22” medium poster 11” x 17”. frames available for all sizes.

The Sexual Harassment Training Program is loaded with hazard awareness tips and provides ideas on how safety officers can not only assess work practices and train new employees of dangers but also remind the employees of their continuing safety responsibilities and increase their awareness.
